Perfect location, lovely lounge with live band, great beach, friendly staff, convenient airport shuttle. Spacious hotel with beautiful views. Rooms stocked with Le Labo products, comfortable beds. Upgraded room with complimentary drink and note. 5 on-site restaurants including beach cafe that delivers to beach chairs. Continental breakfast included, but confusion on what's included. Staff not helpful in clarifying.

A nice place for exploring Southampton. Really close to a good beach. They have on-site restaurant called Jasmine Lounge. Furthermore, there was WiFi at the hotel.

The hotel is located right next to Horseshoe Bay beach, which is amazing. You can easily access the beautiful south shore beaches and walk for miles through a network of trails. The hotel is situated on a hill with majestic views of the surrounding area, providing a picturesque setting. The rooms are spacious and offer great views from the balconies. The service is friendly and accommodating, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast options are delicious, and there are excellent restaurants on-site.
Some of the furniture in the rooms is dated and could use updating.

This hotel is a hidden gem high on the crest of the island, with a fantastic all-round view. The location is incredibly convenient, with beautiful Horseshoe beach just a short distance away. The staff here are amazing and provide excellent service, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with beautiful sunrises that can be enjoyed from the windows. Another great perk is the breakfast, which includes free drinks and even high tea in the afternoon, all included in the rate. The views from the breakfast room are simply spectacular.
All aspects of this hotel were top-notch, nothing to improve.

The venue was luxurious, offering exclusive amenities like an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and a well-equipped spa. The service was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was diverse, featuring delicious local cuisine. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the nearby beach club and ferry dock.
Although my stay was excellent overall, I did experience one minor issue. The room could have used a few more exclusive facilities. However, this was a small setback that was quickly overshadowed by the excellent service and amenities provided by the hotel.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices and the attention to detail throughout our stay. The location, conveniently situated on a hill with a fantastic all-round view, is unbeatable. Being on the south shore of the island meant we had easy access to beautiful Horseshoe beach. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and we had our own concierge who was always available to assist us. Additionally, our room on the lower floor had a nice view with updated decor, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast, included in our rate, was delicious, and we loved the added bonus of having high tea in the afternoon.
All was fine, no major issues.

We were blown away by the spaciousness and luxury of our rooms at Fairmont. The walk-in closets were a pleasant surprise, and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The corner location gave us a stunning view of the Gibbs Lighthouse, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The facilities were top-notch, especially the well-equipped fitness center and the warm, clean pools. The hotel's shuttle service to the beach club and Waterlot Inn was convenient and reliable. The staff, like all the locals we encountered, were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and luxurious stay.
